Snap

Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 8, 2026

Snap (“we”, “us”) provides single-use virtual cards built for AI agents. This policy explains what information we collect when you interact with snapfi.dev, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Snap is currently in private beta. The only data flow on snapfi.dev right now is the waitlist signup form. As we add features, we’ll update this page and notify everyone on the waitlist before any material change takes effect.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist:

  • Your email address — so we can contact you about beta access.
  • Your IP address and browser user-agent string — used solely to detect and block automated abuse of the form.
  • The timestamp of your submission.

That’s it. snapfi.dev does not use cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party tracking pixels of any kind.

How we use it

  • To contact you when beta access becomes available.
  • To send occasional product updates about Snap.
  • To detect and block automated abuse of the signup form.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for any purpose other than the ones above.

Where it lives

Your information is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database in the United States, encrypted at rest and in transit. The website and the database run on third-party infrastructure providers (currently Vercel and Neon), who process this data on our behalf and only for the purpose of operating snapfi.dev.

How long we keep it

We keep your information until you ask us to delete it, or until we wind down the waitlist after general availability — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing privacy@snapfi.dev. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date at the top. For significant changes — like adding a new third party that processes your data — we’ll email everyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect.
